1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your stay with Keys To The Palace Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a stay, you (“the Guest”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking Process
Reservations can be made through our website or approved third-party platforms. A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the required payments and completion of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment Method: Payment for nightly stays and security deposits must be made before the commencement of the stay. Cash payments are not accepted.
- Utilities Included: Electricity, gas, and fast WiFi are included in the rental price.
4. Security Deposit
A security deposit must be paid before the stay commences. It will be refunded within 14 days after check-out, subject to any deductions for damage or additional charges.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the stay commences for a full refund. Cancellation policies may vary, so please refer to the specific terms and conditions for the property booked.
- Early termination fees and refund conditions may also vary. Please review the individual terms signed at the time of booking.
6. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in Time: Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM.
- Check-out Time: Standard check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- Depending on the property, Early and late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
7. Guest Identification and Anti-Money Laundering Checks
All guests must provide valid identification before check-in and comply with the UK Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Failure to comply may result in the booking being canceled.
8. Use of the Property
- The property is to be used for residential and holiday purposes only. No illegal activities or subletting are permitted.
- Guests must adhere to the occupancy limits specified in the individual property agreement.
9. Occupancy Limits
The number of occupants allowed varies depending on the property. For details, please refer to the specific terms signed at the time of booking.
10. Noise and Disturbance
- Noise monitors are installed at each property. Please observe quiet hours as outlined in the individual property agreement.
- Excessive noise may lead to the termination of your stay without a refund.
11. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any breach of this policy will result in a penalty fee, which will be deducted from the security deposit.
12. Pets
One well-behaved dog may be permitted at the property, subject to the terms specific to each property. Please confirm pet policies at the time of booking.
13. Property Maintenance and Safety
- All properties undergo professional cleaning before and after each stay, with weekly cleaning provided for long-term stays.
- Maintenance and safety checks are carried out regularly. If any maintenance issues arise during your stay, please notify us immediately, and we will address them urgently.
14. Damage and Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property. The cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit, and additional charges may be invoiced.
- Keys To The Palace Limited is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to the guest’s belongings.
15. Insurance
- Comprehensive public, professional, and individual property insurance is in place for all properties.
- Guests are advised to obtain travel or personal liability insurance for their stay.
16. Privacy Policy
- Guest information will be collected and used in accordance with our privacy policy. This includes compliance with data protection laws such as the UK GDPR.
- Personal information may be shared with local authorities for compliance purposes.
17. Access to the Property
We reserve the right to access the property for maintenance, inspections, or emergencies. Guests will be notified beforehand where possible.
18. Compliance with Local Regulations
- Local council regulations, including health and safety standards, vary by location. Guests must adhere to these regulations.
- The property-specific terms will outline any additional requirements or restrictions.
19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
20. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
